Description
The SuperPro ALOY0016K combines several front suspension upgrades in one complete kit. Its lightweight alloy control arms are stronger and lighter than the original steel WRX arms, providing an STI-style upgrade with high-performance bushings already installed. The revised anti-lift geometry helps maintain tire contact under acceleration, improving traction and allowing power to reach the ground more effectively. SuperPro polyurethane and DuroBall bushings replace the soft, heavily voided original rubber components to reduce control arm movement and deflection. This delivers more consistent suspension geometry, improved grip, sharper steering response, and reduced wheel hop. The rear inner bushings also feature bonded steel shells to minimize friction throughout suspension travel, allowing the springs and dampers to perform as intended. The kit includes the required installation hardware and new ball joint bosses, helping avoid reuse issues caused by corrosion on the original components. This standard-geometry version is intended for vehicles with significantly lowered ride heights, wider wheel and tire packages, or aggressive wheel offsets. Unlike the ALOY0017K, it does not add positive caster or move the front wheel forward within the wheel opening. This helps reduce the risk of tire contact with the inner fender liner near full steering lock. For additional positive caster, choose the ALOY0017K.
